As part of our Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Action Programme, our school organized a Grocery Items Contribution Drive led by the students of Grade VI for an Intellectually Disabled Home. We are proud to share that we received a heartfelt appreciation message from the parent of a Grade 6C student, which truly encouraged our efforts.
A total of 103 students participated in this initiative, including 37 girls and 66 boys, along with the support of 5 staff members. The drive aimed to promote kindness, empathy, social responsibility, and awareness about supporting differently-abled individuals, while helping students understand humanitarian values through real-life experiences.
Students generously contributed essential grocery items, proving that learning extends beyond classrooms and textbooks. Such initiatives and parental appreciation motivate us to nurture not only academic excellence but also compassion, inclusiveness, and civic responsibility.
This programme aligns with the SDG goals of Reduced Inequalities, Good Health & Well-Being, and Responsible Communities. We sincerely thank our Chairman Sir for his inspiring vision and continuous support in guiding students to serve society with humanity and care.
