The SDG Faculty Training Program was successfully conducted on 19th March 2026 (Thursday) at Sai Ram Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Thiruvarur.
The session was led by Mr. Anit Gupta, a Happiness Coach, Global SDG Educator, and Analytics Leader.
The program commenced with a warm welcome and introduction of the resource person. The first session focused on SDG integration with the curriculum, where Mr. Anit Gupta clearly explained how Sustainable Development Goals can be effectively incorporated into daily teaching practices. The session was highly interactive, followed by a question-and-answer session, which helped clarify the teachers’ doubts and enhanced their understanding.
The second session emphasized activity-based learning using One Planet Academy resources. The resource person demonstrated practical strategies to integrate SDG concepts through engaging classroom activities.
Teachers actively participated and gained valuable insights into making learning more meaningful and student-centered.
An important highlight of the program was that teachers from various subjects presented their lesson plans, showcasing how they integrated SDG concepts into their teaching strategies. This collaborative sharing enriched the learning experience for all participants.
