The training focused on key concepts such as paradigms, principles of the 7 Habits, important teaching practices, and the 4 Disciplines of Execution. Teachers also worked on LIM portfolio activities including My WIG, Lead Measures, and Scoreboard.
The session was interactive and helped teachers improve leadership skills, goal setting, and effective classroom practices.
